Purchase-Sale and Payment Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Purchase-Sale and Payment Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) regulates the process of purchasing services, making payments, and settling accounts in the online store "Svirnas.com".
1.2. By purchasing services in our store, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.
2. Service Ordering Process
2.1. The Buyer selects the desired services (first aid training, hygiene skills training) and adds them to the shopping cart.
2.2. Upon placing an order, the Buyer must provide correct information necessary for order processing.
2.3. The order is considered confirmed only after receiving the payment or agreeing on payment terms.
2.4. Upon receiving the payment, a link to the training space will be sent to your email, providing access to methodological materials and the opportunity to take the theoretical test.
3. Payment Methods
3.1. Payments in the online store can be made using the following methods:
Electronic banking;
Payment systems (e.g., Paysera, Stripe).
3.2. Payment must be made within [7] days from the order placement date.
3.3. If payment is not received within the specified period, the order may be canceled.
4. Service Provision
4.1. Services are provided either remotely or in-person, depending on the selected training type.
4.1.1. If the remote option (online) is chosen, methodological materials and the opportunity to take a theoretical test are provided. IMPORTANT! The first aid course consists of a self-study part and a practical part, which requires attendance. Certificates are issued only after passing the theoretical test and completing the practical assignment in person.
4.2. The training date and location are agreed upon with the Buyer after payment is received.
4.3. If the Buyer is unable to attend the training, they must notify at least [1] day before the scheduled training date.
5. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel or reschedule the training no later than [1] day before the scheduled training date.
5.2. If the Buyer does not attend the training and does not notify about their absence in advance, payments are non-refundable.
5.3. The conditions for canceling or rescheduling services may vary depending on the specific nature of the training.
6. Other Conditions
6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Policy by updating it on their website.
6.2. Any disputes arising from the purchase of services shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
